Angele Sionna takes her life experiences and research and meshes it all together in a modern narrative fashion to sculpt stories readers can relate to.

Angele is an award-winning journalist by trade and a mom at heart. Journalism has been her life-long passion. It has shaped her life, even her family.

Angele spent ten years in television news as a writer and producer for stations in Chicago, Dallas, Austin, and Salt Lake City. Her stories include hard-hitting investigative journalism, lifestyle/entertainment/travel pieces, and daily news features.

Angele is currently a freelance writer based in Flagstaff, Arizona. She writes  the Early Childhood Parenting Examiner column for the new national news website Examiner.com plus freelances for other national and local media outlets.

She also writes and edits stories and restaurant reviews for OutWestFoodReview.com, a website she founded to provide locals and tourists with information on the best spots to eat in the Western US, and its companion travel blog OutWestRoadTrip.info. Her restaurant reviews are also occasionally published in the Flagstaff Live! newspaper.

Angele has a Master's degree in journalism from the Schieffer School of Journalism at Texas Christian University as well as a Bachelor of Journalism in Journalism from the University of Texas at Austin.
